    This is the URL https://maestro.onlinelabels.com/designer/maestro.aspx when I click on designer, then when clicking on pre-designed template thats when I get the issue. I can create blanks ones no problem, I think its an issue with the URL not changing when clicked.

    The link that you provided certainly works however that would suggest a possible URL routing or JavaScript issue preventing the pre-designed templates from triggering correctly. I’ve tested this across browsers and devices with consistent results.

    Thank you for contacting OnlineLabels. I apologize for the issue. Can you try a hard refresh of your Maestro Label Designer session? While on the browser tab for Maestro Label Designer, press Ctrl + Shift + R at the same time. 
     
    If that does not resolve the issue, try clearing the internet browser's cache and cookies, then reload Maestro Label Designer. It may also require you to restart your computer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
